These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at vipclinicaz.com (the “Site”), operated by Vital Integrative Pediatric Clinic (“VIPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a pediatric Direct Primary Care and Integrative Medicine practice located in Tucson, Arizona.

4. Scheduling & Meet and Greet Visits

Forms and links on this Site allow visitors to schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet visit. Please note:

  •       A Meet & Greet is an introductory conversation, not a medical consultation.
  •       No medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions will be provided during a Meet & Greet.
  •       No fees are collected at the time of scheduling.
  •       Submitting a scheduling form does not establish a physician-patient relationship or guarantee enrollment in the practice.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, downloadable guides, and the overall design and layout, is owned by Vital Integrative Pediatric Clinic and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
